Vintage Mali Resin Beads (25mm)

This unusual strand of resin beads was found in Mali West Africa however it's original provenance is shrouded in mystery. Beads such as these were likely brought to Africa by European Traders who recognized the value placed amber beads and the scarcity of it's natural forms. Look carefully at these beads you and you will see the pits and wear of age. These beads are large enough to be used as a centerpiece or simply as unique adornment on your favorite wall.
