Congratulations on successfully qualifying for our wholesale program! This page will provide you with all the information you need to understand the benefits and workings of our wholesale program.
Qualifications
If you can see this page, you have already been accepted to our wholesale program! Initial membership lasts 90 days and is automatically renewed for six months past the date of each order you place.
Our wholesale program is tailored specifically for professional jewelry designers, bead stores, interior designers, and craft-related businesses.
Cart Discounts
Discounts are applied based on the total value of your cart.

Note that the above detailed percentage discounts cannot be combined with any special promotions or discount codes. Cart discounts are applied to the lowest marked sale price.
Custom Pricing
Should there be a product for which you require custom pricing, we will be happy to consider requests for bulk purchases. Please contact us directly for more information.
Sales Tax
California wholesale customers can be exempt from paying sales tax once they have fully completed and returned the Reseller Certificate Form. Please email the completed form with your signature to store@thebeadchest.com. Customers from all other states, please email us your reseller's license to apply for exemption.
Shipping & Handling
All orders with value of $99 or more are automatically eligible for free shipping. Estimated transit time for most domestic packages in the USA is 1-3 business days from time of shipping. Domestic orders of 15 lbs or greater are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. Most smaller orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You may wish to contact us by phone if you are operating on a rushed schedule.
We are more than happy to accommodate special shipping requests. If you require an express shipping method such as Overnight Delivery, 2nd Day Air, or for international customers, DHL, please include a note when you submit your order with your requirements and the best phone number to reach you. We will contact you by phone (or for international customers by email) with a shipping quote after your order is packed and ready to ship. As a general rule, orders requiring expedited shipping will only ship after full payment is received for any shipping upgrade. Therefore, please plan to be accessible and / or available to confirm your shipping instructions to avoid any unnecessary delay.
You may also choose to provide your own shipping label. In such a case, please include a note with your order indicating your instructions, and we will send you the weight and dimensions for the package as soon as it is available.
